The Peabody office serves the following communities on the North Shore: Peabody, Danvers, Salem, Beverly, Middleton, Lynnfield, Wakefield, Saugus, Lynn, Marblehead, Swampscott, Nahant, Topsfield, Ipswich, Rowley, Georgetown, and Groveland.

Herb Harris has owned this office since 1990, after an eighteen year career as a commercial bank officer assisting individuals and small businesses with all aspects of their finances--investments as well as financing.

As an Enrolled Agent, a designation awarded by the Internal Revenue Service recognizing his expertise in tax matters, Herb may represent clients before the IRS. To retain this designation, Herb attends several tax-related seminars throughout the year to keep him updated with the ever-changing tax laws and interpretations.

He is a Past President of the Peabody Chamber of Commerce, Peabody Rotary Club and the South Essex Unit of the American Cancer Society. He is currently one of the managing directors and treasurer of the North Shore Business Forum, a networking organization for owners of small businesses. His many activities assisting the community earned him the coveted Harry Ankeles Community Service award from the Peabody Chamber of Commerce in 2002. Herb is now equally involved in the Padgett community, serving as one of ten Padgett Advisory Board members.
